1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the lack bd platform and all its services. By accessing lackbd.biz or the lack bd app, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is submitted are final.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, lack bd reserves the right to void it.
• A maximum bet limit per event applies to each account. This limit may vary depending on the event.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.5.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including arbitrage or betting pattern manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Lack BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Lack bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Upon evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (365 days).

Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, forfeited bonuses will not be returned.

10 Dispute Resolution
